Flameout Protection Device for Gas Heater
Gas heater extinguishing protection device is a device that when the gas heater is blown or anoxic, the flame (also known as igniter or Changming fire) extinguishes, reverses the start of the protection device, and causes the gas heater to extinguish, at the same time, the switch main valve automatically closes and cuts off the gas source to play a protective role.
Working Principle: A thermocouple composed of two metals is used. The umbrella heater generates a small current (thermoelectricity) after being heated by the flameholder, which activates the electromagnet in the air flow control valve and pushes the closed valve open. If the flame extinguishes, or the flame is blown away from the thermocouple or the flame power weakens and drifts, the heat generated by the thermal current cannot be reached. The thermocouple instantaneously cools, the thermoelectricity disappears, and the electromagnet loses its magnetism, so that the valve is pushed to the closed state by the spring, and the gas source is cut off, thus playing a protective role.
Therefore, the thermocouple of the outdoor heater must be heated to a certain extent to generate current, so when the first ignition, the spark ignition, but also keep the ignition switch pressed for 3-5 seconds, so as not to let the heater fire. At the same time, we should pay attention not to move the assembly position of the thermocouple.
